Palms Preschool & Daycare

Please carefully review these terms and conditions before using Our Service.

These terms and conditions govern the agreement between Palms Preschool & Daycare (referred to as ‘we’ / ‘our’ / ‘us’) and parent(s)/guardian(s) (referred to as ‘you’) regarding the provision of childcare services.

Registration and Security

Only parents/guardians with parental responsibility for a child can register them for childcare with us. As part of our registration process, we require documentation such as your child’s birth certificate to verify parental responsibility.

Visitors are prohibited from violating the security of our website. Any attempt to breach system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. We reserve the right to investigate and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in such cases.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By accessing or using Our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. They set out the rights and responsibilities of all users. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please do not access or use Our Service. You confirm that you are over the age of 18.

Your access to and use of Our Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. Please review Our Privacy Policy before using Our Service.

Personal Property and Liability

Palms Preschool & Daycare is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property or belongings of parents, caregivers, or children. While we make every effort to prevent damage to belongings, we advise clearly labelling your child’s belongings.

We do not assume responsibility for children while they are under parental supervision on school premises.

Accidents, Illness, and Medication

We reserve the right to administer first aid and emergency treatment as necessary. Parents will be promptly informed of any accidents and required to sign an accident record form. In emergencies requiring hospital treatment, we will attempt to contact parents. If unable to do so, we are authorized to act on behalf of parents to authorize necessary treatment.

Medications will only be administered with completed consent forms from parents. If a child requires special medical care or if there are concerns about communicable diseases, we may request the child be temporarily withdrawn from the Preschool to ensure their safety and that of others.

Agreement and Amendments

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between parents (including caregivers) and Palms Preschool & Daycare. They supersede any other agreements, warranties, conditions, terms, or representations, whether oral or written. We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation requests for a refund must be submitted in writing to Palms Preschool & Daycare within 14 days of booking via email: office@palmspreschool.in or through our contact page.

Cancellations made more than 14 days after booking and up to 5 business days before the class date will be offered a place on the same course on an alternative date within 12 months of the original booking. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this period or for no-shows.

General Disclaimer

Palms Preschool & Daycare markets all its promotions under its brand name “Palms”. We do not bear liability for the product or its usage of other trademarks shown on products, preschool material, or other promotional materials which belong to their respective companies.

Cancellation of Courses by Palms

Palms reserves the right to cancel or change a class due to factors such as insufficient participation, classroom availability, equipment issues, or trainer availability.

We will notify registrants of any cancellations at least 10 business days before the scheduled class whenever possible. Registrants will be offered a place on the same course on an alternative date within 12 months of the original booking.

Palms is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages resulting from the cancellation of a scheduled class, including penalties for transportation or accommodations.
